Refunds are accepted if we have not made the product as instructed in your order form or by defect or manufacturing issues. The manufacturing process of the shoes
is about 2-3 months and the shipment depending on the chosen method and the place of delivery will range between 1-10 days. Spain 1-2 days, Europe (FedEx 2 days, Post service 8 days approx.) USA-Canada-Asia (FedEx 2-3 days, Post service 12 days approx).
In the case of requesting an express manufacturing process of less than 30 days, an extra €25 will be charged. For reasons unrelated to us, we do not ship to Mexico and Brazil. We'll always keep you informed of the manufacturing process of your shoes. Also will inform you by e-mail of the exact shipping date and tracking number of delivery.
